Speaking of his children, O’Neill said: “They are two different individuals. Nicolas is a soft little guy. Leonore is dominant and a determined little girl.”

Nicolas, the businessman revealed, has just taken his first steps, but that Leonore took hers a little earlier. O’Neill also commented on his and Madeleine’s wish to expand their brood: “We want to have more children. One or two.”

Princess Leonore, 2, gets on very well with her cousin Princess Estelle. The four-year-old is second-in-line to the Swedish throne.

“Victoria and I were talking about it the other day,” Madeleine said to Aftonbladet. “It is so wonderful to see. They’re almost like sisters, though they are cousins.”

“I think the leave side won because it was those who are unhappy and want Britain out of the EU who voted. If more who wanted to remain had gone to the polling stations things would have been different.”

Chris met Princess Madeleine whilst working in New York. The couple married in 2013, and now have two children, Princess Leonore and Prince Nicolas, born in 2014 and 2015 respectively. Last year, they moved to London for Chris’ job; he does not perform any Royal duties, and decline a title upon his marriage.

Chris holds dual British-American nationality, being born in London with an American father. He was asked about the upcoming Presidential elections in America, but wouldn’t choose a side.

“I can say as much as this, if Clinton is elected we will have women running three out of five of the world’s leading economies. That would be amazing,” he said, referring also to UK Prime Minister Theresa May and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

O’Neill’s work is to run payment solutions company Wilton Payments; he confirmed that his family is likely to stay in London for the next two-to-three years so that he can continue with his international work.

“I travel a lot, but I’m maybe 75 percent of the time in London. The trips I make to for example Zürich or Milan are day trips, so that I don’t have to spend the night at a hotel,” he told Expressen.
