New photo for Prince George’s 4th birthday

On the eve of his fourth birthday, Kensington Palace have released a new photo of Prince George.

A new photo of Prince George for his 4th birthday (Kensington Palace)

The image, taken by Getty photographer Chris Jackson – also The Duchess of Cambridge’s assistant’s husband – shows the young Prince looking into the camera, smiling, his mouth open.

George wears a blue and white striped shirt, with his blonde locks ruffled a little, as any four-year-old’s should be.

Prince George is due to start school in September, at St Thomas’s in Battersea, when his family move back to London permanently. His family have just finished their tour of Germany, after a two and a half day trip to Poland.

We love this image; what do you think?

Victoria has a passion for British history and Constitutional Monarchy, hence her reasons for founding The Crown Chronicles. Her specialism is the Early Modern era, with particular emphasis on the Tudor and Stuart dynasties. She is also a keen reader (usually something historical), baker and shopper. Her motto is to have a full bookcase, but a fuller wardrobe. Miss Howard also works closely with the British Monarchist Foundation as their Press Secretary and Spokesman.
