Royal diary: upcoming engagements 11-17th December

11th December:

– The Duchess of Gloucester, patron of Missing People, will attend a Carol Service in St-Martin-in-the-Fields, London.

– Princess Alexandra, Joint President of Cancer Research UK, will attend a Carol Concert in St Stephen Walbrook, London.

12th December:

– The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry will attend The European Premiere of ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’, at the Royal Albert Hall. The premiere will benefit the Royal Foundation.

– The Duchess of Cambridge will visit the Rugby Portobello Trust, London.

– The Earl of Wessex, Chancellor of the University of Bath, will attend the Winter Degree Congregations at The Assembly Rooms, Bath.

– The Countess of Wessex Patron, NSPCC, is to visit the Hargreaves Centre, Liverpool, and also attend Carols by Candlelight at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral for the charity.

– Princess Alexandra will visit the Fitzwilliam Museum Development Trust, Cambridge, as their president. She will also attend a ceremony to mark the One Billionth Neglected Tropical Disease treatment at The Moller Centre, Churchill College, Cambridge, in her role as president of Sightsavers.

13th December:

– The Duchess of Cornwall will invite children from Helen and Douglas House, and children supported by Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, to decorate the Christmas tree at Clarence House as the hospice’s patron.

– The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, will attend a Winter Gala Dinner at Hertford House, London.

– The Princess Royal, Prime Warden of the Fishmongers’ Company, will attend a Livery Dinner at Fishmongers Hall.

– The Duke of Kent, Grand Master, will attend the Royal Alpha Lodge Installation Meeting, Freemasons’ Hall.

– Princess Alexandra will visit St Christopher’s Hospice, Sydenham, London, as their patron.

14th December:

–  The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry will attend the Grenfell Tower National Memorial Service, St Paul’s Cathedral.

– The Earl of Wessex will attend a reception at St James’s Palace for young people who have reached the Gold Standard in the DofE Award. Prince Edward is to also hold a Supporters Thank You Lunch at Buckingham Palace.

– The Princess Royal, Prime Warden of the Fishmongers’ Company, will Chair the Committee of Wardens Meeting, the Court Meeting and attend Luncheon at Fishmongers’ Hall. Princess Anne will also open the King’s College London Wellcome Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council Centre for Medical Engineering at St. Thomas’s Hospital, as Chancellor of the University of London; lastly, she is to hold a Dinner at Windsor Castle as patron of the First World War Centenary Woods Project, will hold a Dinner at Windsor Castle.

– Princess Alexandra will attend the New Bridge Foundation Christmas Concert at the Parish Church of St George, London, as the foundation’s patron.

15th December:

– Prince Harry will represent The Queen as the Reviewing Officer at the Sovereign’s Parade at Sandhurst.

– The Princess Royal will visit CGC Technology Limited, Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke, and visit Vocality International Limited in Shackleford, Surrey.

16th December:

– Princess Alexandra, as patron, will attend the Crisis UK Carol Service in Southwark Cathedral.
