Want a souvenir to mark Harry and Meghan’s wedding? We’ve made a list of some options (ROTA / i-Images)

Heck’s ‘The Majestic’ sausages

Having a street party or a bbq on 19th May? Then have some of Heck’s special royal-themed sauages! These sausages have been specially designed to pay homage to the bride and groom – they’re ginger and American mustard flavoured. The limited edition flavour is available between 2nd May and 22nd May in various Sainsbury’s throughout the UK.

Tyrrell’s ginger and sparkle parsnip crisps

Every royal wedding party needs crisps, and these ones will match the day’s theme. Tyrrell’s have created special ‘ginger and sparkle’ parsnip crisps which are flavoured with ginger and honey and even come covered in edible glitter! The crisps are available throughout May in independent retailers.

Mr Kipling’s range of royal wedding cakes

If you prefer sweet snacks for your party, then Mr Kipling has you covered. The brand has repackaged three of their classic treats, which now have royal wedding-themed names and Union flag packaging. There are bridal fancies (basically just Mr Kipling’s classic fondant fancies, but coated in white icing), princely pies – filled with apple – and wedding whirls, which are the brand’s traditional Viennese whirls. These sweet treats are on sale in Asda until 16th May if you want to get your hands on a box!

Need something to wash down those royal wedding snacks?

Windsor & Eton brewery have released a special royal wedding beer, Harry and Meghan’s Windsor Knot. The beer is a limited edition of the brewery’s best-selling Windsor Knot, which was originally created for The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding in 2011. The beer contains a unique blend of British Invicta hops (named, of course, after The Invictus Games) and American West Coast hops. The beer is available in Windsor & Eton brewery’s shop, online and in local retailers.

Beer not your thing? How about gin? If you’re lucky enough to be in Windsor on the big day, call into The Queen Charlotte pub (located opposite Windsor Castle) to pick up a bottle of “Gin&’er” commemorative gin. Currently available in 70cl bottles, the gin contains lemon peel, lime flower and ginger; the pub recommends it be served with either tonic/lemon or ginger/orange, alongside a garnish of fresh ginger. The pub has created the gin in conjunction with Oak Taverns Ltd and will auction off bottle number 1 of the limited-edition drink, with the money going to a charity of Prince Harry’s choice.

There is, of course, a vast array of tea towels on offer – the classic choice for royal memorabilia!

As well as those mentioned above, there are other nice tea towels, including one which benefits a good cause. For Richer, For Poorer, a charity which supports homeless people in the Windsor area, has designed a commemorative tea towel; it costs £25, which is the equivalent of one moving-in pack for someone who is leaving behind their life on the streets. The charity has a wide range of memorabilia, including a  t-shirt (which buys clean clothes for someone in need), and a fridge magnet, which will raise money for hot meals.
