Based in a church next to the Royal Albert Hall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s daughter will attend full-time; her brother, Prince George, went to nursery only part-time in Norfolk, so it seems this is another indication of the Cambridge’s workload increasing.

“We are delighted that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen the Willcocks Nursery School for Princess Charlotte,” the school said in a statement released by the palace.

Since Thomas’ Battersea – the primary school which Prince George attends – offers early years facilities, it was thought Princess Charlotte may also head there, meaning just one school-run in the mornings.

Willcocks’ website describes the atmosphere as “a fun and structured morning with lots of free play where children embark on the first stages of learning to read, write and to understand simple numbers with the minimum of pressure.”

They also strives ‘to maintain its ethos for high standards, excellence and good manners’.

Princess Charlotte won’t be heading to Thomas’ Battersea with her brother Prince George – instead she’s going to nursery near to Kensington Palace.
